1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and hoki108 ("hoki108," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the hoki108 website located at hoki108.asia and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

hoki108 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by hoki108 may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the hoki108 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your hoki108 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as required by the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and email address.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.

hoki108 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete, or where it has reason to believe that the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 are not satisfied.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the hoki108 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). hoki108 supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and debit cards issued by Philippine banks.

The following payment methods are not accepted on the hoki108 Platform: cryptocurrency of any kind, and credit card deposits for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.

With respect to deposits:

• Deposits are credited to your hoki108 account balance upon confirmation of receipt by hoki108's payment processing systems.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the deposit page of the Platform.
• hoki108 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.

With respect to withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• hoki108 reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are subject to hoki108's standard processing schedule.
• hoki108 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

hoki108 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. hoki108 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the hoki108 Platform.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the hoki108 Platform — including but not limited to the hoki108 brand name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of hoki108 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the hoki108 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from hoki108.
• Use the hoki108 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without express written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of hoki108's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by hoki108 and its licensors.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude hoki108's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

hoki108 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• hoki108 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity on your account.
• You have failed to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• hoki108 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.
• You have requested voluntary self-exclusion under hoki108's Responsible Gaming programme.

Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonus funds and pending verification of your identity) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to hoki108's standard withdrawal procedures and any applicable legal holds.

You may also request voluntary closure of your hoki108 account at any time by contacting hoki108 customer support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations you have incurred prior to the closure date.

12. Responsible Gaming

In the event of any dispute between you and hoki108 arising from your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through hoki108's customer support channels. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent hoki108 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
